COLLECTING, PROCESSING AND ANALYZING OF SURVEY DATA
CONVERTING THE SURVEY DATA TO AN ACTION PLAN TO REGULATE SAFETY GAPS
PREPARING THE ESTIMATE BUDGET REQUIRED FOR IMPLEMENTATION
OBTAINING MANAGEMENTS' APPROVAL
PLANNING AND PROCUREMENT OF RESOURCES FOR THE PROJECT AND DEFINING VENDORS
SETTING STANDARDS FOR EXECUTION
DEFINING WORK INTERFACES WITH ALL RELEVANT PARTIES - RELEVANT DIVISIONS IN THE BANK, CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT, SUPPLIERS AND STATUTORY AUTHORITIES
DESIGNING PERFORMANCE CONTROL, MEETING QUALITY GOALS AND STANDARDS
COMPLETION OF PROJECT WHILE MEETING PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES AHEAD OF SCHEDULE
